Forex: Eur/Usd hit 50% retracement level

Eur/Usd hit the 50% retracement and starting to build a base to move up higher. We have to watch out for 8:15pm when Brenanke speaks; he might continue talking about a strong dollar policy and drive the Eur/Usd lower.
