FX Trading:Rumors Part 2

Fed's Fisher almost directly addressed this mornings rumors, saying "we are not in an emergency situation." He further said he would discourage thoughts of a FOMC meeting between its schedule. Note that Fisher is a hawk, who voted against the January rate cut at the scheduled meeting.
