The NAHB Home Builders survey stayed unchanged at 17 for November.  The home builder survey was done prior to the extension of the 1st time home buyers incentive which now that it is extended into 2010, the NAHB hopes will continue to stimulate the market (at least in the lower priced homes).

The index remains at the bottom end of the range over the last 20 years.
