The Canada Wholesale Sales report for the month of March will be released at 8:30 AM EDT..  In February, sales fell sharply by 1.8%, completely erasing the previous months gain.  However, the decline may have been influenced by snowy weather in the Ontario region and a new Family Day Holiday in the month. As a result, the overall sales trend will be dependent on the sales this month. For the month, the expectation is for a small gain of 0.3%.  A number like this would confirm a weaker trend in sales. As a result, the CAD should recover some of the gains of late which has taken the USDCAD back below the parity level.
