    Call our office at 212-791-3933 or 866-367-3933 and ask for assistance. A customer support representative should be able to answer all your questions. Alternatively, there are some videos you can watch by going to http://www.fxddondemand.com . You need to register but it is free. Once in, click on FXDD Learning Center and follow the choices to Platform Overview and MetaTrader Platform.

    Yes but you will need to connect from the instructions from whoever sold you the Robot. They are third party vendors. FXDD does not provide robots directly to customers.

    Glad to hear your having sum trouble with Eur usd 2day not the best of trading days id like to have seen a bullish type move of the usd housing data -16 k from -2.3% that shld be bad for usd but the buck still strenghing vs the eur iv throw my hand up in the air for 2day..
