ECBs Provopoulos says final decision on exit strategy at December 3rd meeting

The ECB Provopoulos said that the ECB will make a final decision on exit strategy at the December 3rd meeting. Trichet commented over the weekend that they would slowly phase out the Asset Purchase Program. He did not put a date on the decision.
I would be a little skeptical on the comment from the source. If Trichet said it, it would be more believeable but to have the Greek Governor put the line in the sand, just does not carry the weight.
Even if they were to discontinue the asset purchase, it is likely rates will stay low for an extended time period.
