Industrial Production and Capacity Utilization a touch better than expected

Industrial Production fell by -0.4% vs -0.6% expected, while Capacity Utilization came in at 68.0, the lowest level on record, down from 68.2 last month.  Data is indicative of the slack that remains in the US Manufacturing base despite better data out of releases like the Empire Manufacturing Index.  This should help keep inflation low as capacity is of abundance.
