Forex News WSJ Article sparks dollar sell off

A Wall Street Journal article titled Fed Mood Tilts Away from Rate Hike Bets has sparked the rally.
The article cites comments from Bernanke that the "growth risks remain to the downside". The article also cites the inflation risks and says that an August rate hike cannot be ruled out. It also speculates that the Fed statement next week is expected to include stronger language about the risks of inflation.
The article does not cite any Fed officials in the comments
